Multi-Purpose Room

  • Default table set-up is U-shape that sits 20 people comfortably.  Table set-up can be changed to a classroom setting that can accommodate up to 30 people. Groups may move tables to a different format, however, room must be returned to original U-shape setup after meeting.
  • 1 portable VGA projector, requires a laptop with HDMI port.
  • 1 HDMI Video Conferencing system, requires a laptop with an HDMI port.
  • 2 ceiling mounted screens are available.
  • Two small sinks in room available for use.

Theater

  •  Capacity:  100 (75 extra folding chairs available for larger groups)
  • Ceiling mounted projector, permanent screen, DVD player, microphone system, lectern with VGA connectivity.

Services & Equipment Available By Request

  • Coffee is available for purchase for $2 per person for an endless cup. Provided by Friends of the Center. If you wish to have coffee for your group, please confirm at time of the reservation.
  • Overhead projector, video conferencing, flipcharts, and equipment are available. Indicate your needs at the time of reservation to ensure availability.
  • A kitchen is available for use and includes use of the dishwasher, dishes, utensils, mugs, microwave, and oven. We encourage prepared food to be heated rather than preparing food from scratch due to time and older kitchen appliances. Groups are responsible for cleanup; cleaning supplies are available.
  • Wireless internet is available.

  • Not Available: High-powered internet for ongoing video streaming, such as zoom meetings, or webinars. Please bring your own hotspot for this.

  • Photocopying or printing material is not available at the Center.
