Join John Radloff, a local Wisconsin Master Naturalist Volunteer, to explore the famous Meyers Beach Sea Caves in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. You’ll meet at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center in Ashland, WI at 9:00 a.m. to carpool and caravan up to the trailhead. Depending on the weather you’ll either be walking on lake ice or hiking the land-based trail above the caves. You may want to wear grippers on your boots for this 4-mile round-trip hike. Dress for the weather, bring snacks, water, and lunch. Return by 3:00 p.m. You may be responsible for a small parking fee. Register at cablemuseum.org by February 15 Donations accepted.
